Extra Curricular

Enjoy the variety of extra-curricular activities

Taking part in enjoyable and engaging extra-curricular activities is an important part of your child’s time at St. Martin’s. Residential trips such as Dearne Valley in South Yorkshire and the annual ski trip to France are fantastic opportunities for the pupils.

These experiences, together with a variety of after school clubs including knitting, chess, games, football, badminton, art, gardening, and mindfulness, all play a vital role in developing an enjoyment for interesting activities for the present and the future.

The children often perform in public individually and as members of the choir and orchestra. Individual music tuition is available during the school day. Guitar, flute, brass, piano, drums and violin are just some of the instrumental lessons on offer.
